Many dehydrators can only produce one constant temperature, which leads to a dry surface with moisture still trapped inside – an environment for bacteria and mould growth.
Excalibur’s Hyperwave™ patented technology is known for its faster and safer drying process, while keeping enzymes active and overcoming spoilage for your peace of mind. The specifically designed adjustable thermostat lets you create proper fluctuation in the air temperature to draw moisture from the centre of the food to the dryer outer surface, where it quickly evaporates. During this process the food temperature stays low enough to retain nutrients and enzymes, while the air temperature is high enough to dry your food fast and efficiently, giving bacteria and mould no chance to grow.

Rely on Excalibur’s horizontal airflow design for fast and even results with no effort every time.
Cool air is drawn in at the back of the unit, heated, and distributed evenly over each tray by the rear mounted fan. The air circulation within the machine ensures all trays are dried evenly and fast, preventing spoilage at the same time.
